HIGH QUALITY PERFORMANCE:

• Major castings are manufactured from high quality Meehanite cast iron, completely annealed and stress relieved for deformation free performance.
• The overarm is ruggedly constructed and exhibits exceptional stability when performing heavy cutting.
• Square slideways on Y, Z-axis (for 4V series) way surfaces are hardened and precision ground assuring maximum rigidity and maintaining high accuracy in heavy cutting.
• Table slideways, and top and bottom surfaces are tempered and hardened.
• T-slots on table are also precision ground to upgrade accuracy on reference planes.
• X, Y-axis slideways are coated with Turcite-B for smooth traverse and wear-resistance.
• X, Y-axis feed screws are hard chrome plated for increasing wear-resistance capability and service life.
• The major cast iron of FC-30 and FCD-45 is high tensil material (MEEHANITE), it is annealed for stress releaving, featuring anti-wearness and deformation free.
• Automatic lubrication system provides lubrication to X, Y, Z-axis slideways and feed screws. Lubrication frequency and oil flow are adjustable. (Optional)
• Power feed units for X, Y-axis are available upon request (optional).
